Inside, copper tanks and tall glass walls showcase the craft behind every pour. Itās designed as both a gathering place and a signature Sky Ridge experience.

Weāre perched in the highland ridges of Jamul Mountainsā30 minutes East of SD International Airport, in the community of Jamul. From the West you use highways 94 or 8 East bound. we are 5 minutes from Rancho San Diego, 10 min from the City of El Cajon.

Weāre targeting late 2026 for our first stays at The Refuge. Guests who reserve early through our crowdfunding campaign will have priority access when booking opens.
